Remembering Dolly Parton

Looking back through our feed, it’s impossible not to see Dolly’s fingerprint on everything we do at Buckle Bunnie Beautie. From our favorite shades like Jolene and Dolly to the spirit behind our brand, she will forever be our guiding light, our ultimate country queen, and our biggest inspiration.

I remember the first time I saw Dolly on the Porter Wagner Show. I was a little girl looking at this pretty lady with the big hair, big boobs, cute dimples, and a tiny little waist - I wasn’t familiar with the word voluptuous yet.

While growing up, Dolly continued to have a presence in every decade of my life. Her music, movies, variety show, flamboyant wardrobe, hair, nails, and Makeup did not disappoint! She was a true entertainer with a heart of gold, and a zest for life - all while remembering to pay it forward to her fans.

I never had the pleasure of meeting or seeing her, but thru the development of B3, I often wondered WWDD? So many things I admired…her beauty, gumption, practicality, talent, generosity, faith, positive attitude, class, and sass.

As with many people worldwide, I’m feeling sad and numb. She personified grace and wholesomeness. We’ve lost another good one and heaven gained an Angel. RIP and I Will Always Love You.
