The mineral ingredients in our formulas are natural, and as such, they may be subject to slight color variations and delicacies. These qualities may cause subtle differences in the appearance of the finished product. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. If by chance, you need to return or exchange a product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your purchase at

Product with obvious signs of damage.

When you order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Please retain the box, the packaging materials and contact us as soon as possible. lf the product was damaged, please send us a picture as proof. After consideration, we will either send out a new duplicate or refund your original purchase price. 

Occasionally we will ask you to send us the damaged item for quality assurance. In this case, we will ask you to follow our BBB Return Procedure*.

Wrong product.

lf by chance you received a product you didn’t order (different color, etc.), please follow our BBB Return Procedure below.

Other reason.

If the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us at We understand there may be unique circumstances for a refund or exchange of our product. We will evaluate each situation on an individual basis.

 * Our BBB Return Procedure

  1. Send us an e-mail with a photo of the product. Please explain the reason for the return or exchange by printing and filling out the BBB Return Form.

  2. If we issue your refund, a return label with a #BBB code will be provided for you to print and fill out.

  3. Use the original mail delivery package to return the merchandise.

  4. Once we received the unwanted product, we will either send out a new product or refund your original purchase price, or issue an online credit, including shipment costs. We will use the payment method originally used for buying the products.

  5. Please, allow 7-10 business days for return processing.
    If you haven’t received a refund after this period, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange:

  1. After 15 days upon delivery.

  2. For a repeat occurrence.

  3. For returned products damaged during shipping without the original protective container.

  4. For returned packages that are lost in transit.

  5. For used products.

  6. For unused gift cards.
